About Me
Discovering you are neurodiverse as an adult can be a turning point. For me, finding out I am dyslexic brought both relief and challenge.
It helped me make sense of many of my experiences, but it also came with worries—about how others might see me, about the stigma that still exists, and about navigating environments that don't always provide the right support.
Being neurodiverse has taught me resilience, creativity, and new ways of looking at the world. It has also helped me understand the importance of compassion—both for ourselves and from others.
Neurodiversity brings both challenges and strengths. I can help you navigate this journey and provide a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences. If you'd like to take the next step, please feel free to get in touch.
